Rhinoplasty Case 1

Rhinoplasty.

This patient is 25 years old. We used open approach.This procedure included the following components:

• dorsal hump reduction;
• resection of the dorsal septum ;
• low to low and medial oblique osteotomies;
• resection upper lateral cartilages;
• resection a portion of the cephalic lateral crura of the lower lateral cartilages
• used spreader and columellar strut grafts for make her appearance more beautiful .
